In the case of using by the Buyer the services of the settlement agent Dotpay S.A., personal data are provided in the extent necessary to carry out payments in this form. Failure to provide the required data will result in an inability to perform the actions to which they referred. Remember, you always have the right to change your data or remove it from our database. Our clients’ personal data is in no way shared or sold to third parties and may be entrusted for processing only for the purpose of providing the services ordered by you, on the basis of a personal data processing entrustment agreement. All persons having access to your personal data may process them only with the authorization of the administrator, on his instructions.

   Your personal data will be processed in order to conclude and perform the contract for the provision of services by electronic means under the terms and conditions described in the Regulations, i.e. depending on the service selected by you:
         – in order to perform the contract for the provision of account maintenance or sales contracts, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, i.e. because it is necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of account maintenance or sales contracts to which you are a party;
         – in order to perform the contract for the provision of newsletter services containing, among other things, marketing and advertising information of the controller of personal data, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of RODO, i.e. because it is necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of newsletter services to which you are a party
         – for the purpose of transferring your personal data to Niemen Crystal sp. z o. o.  in connection with the possibility of offering to make a payment for the purchased goods or services by NIEMEN CRYSTAL. within the framework of an order agreement including a “Buy” purchase formula and making this purchase formula available through the Internet Shop, as well as in order for Niemen Crystal sp. z o. o. to verify proper performance of such order agreements (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the Regulation).

2. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract or until you exercise your rights resulting in the cessation or restriction of data processing, in particular until you object to the processing for marketing purposes.
   you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal;
   you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO;
   You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis, but it is necessary for the performance of an account management agreement or sales agreements or an agreement to provide newsletter dispatch services;
   Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will be carried out on an automated basis, the consequence of such processing will be electronic methods of presenting advertising content or content in the newsletter without human intervention. Profiling will consist in the analysis of purchases made by you of specific goods and on this basis adjust the offer of goods presented to you by the store. You have the right not to be subject to profiling, including in particular the right to object.
   If you provide your personal data in order to conclude a contract with the online store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, however, the consequence of failing to provide such data shall be the inability to conclude a contract with the Internet Shop. If you provide your personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Niemen Crystal sp. z o. o. before conclusion of a sales contract of goods (or services) purchased in the Internet Shop, transferring these data is a condition for conclusion of a sales contract in connection with a business model adopted by the Internet Shop.

If your personal data are provided to Niemen Crystal sp. z o. o. in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you by NIEMEN CRYSTAL.  Media within the framework of an order agreement including a “Buy” purchase formula and making this formula available by the Internet Shop, providing these data and processing them for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of running the business adopted by the Internet Shop and in order to perform the agreement concluded between the Internet Shop and Niemen Crystal sp. z o. o.

Marketing mailing

1. We do not send unannounced emails to people who have registered their accounts with us or to people who make purchases without registering.
2. E-mail messages in the form of a newsletter, containing, among other things, marketing and advertising information of the controller of personal data are sent only after you have ordered this service, after you have given your separate consent to sending commercial information electronically and to sending marketing information using telecommunications terminal equipment such as smartphones, laptops, tablets computers.

Cookies

1. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files stored on the users’ terminal equipment and intended for use on the website. These files allow you to recognize the user’s device and appropriately display a website tailored to your individual preferences. “Cookies” usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storage on the terminal device and a unique number.
