Claiming products purchased in our online store
If the content of the package is not consistent with your order (some product is missing or you received a different product than you ordered) or after unpacking the package it turned out that some product is damaged or has a defect, you can make a complaint in an easy and fast way.
How to make a complaint about a product?
1. Write to us at the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your message. You can also use the “Reply” function next to any notification from our store that you received for a given order.
2. In the body of your message, we ask that you include/include information:
– What product is the complaint about
– How many pieces of the product are damaged/defective
– Attach a photo of the damaged/defective product if possible
– Give us your phone number if we need additional information
3.Wait for contact from our side. If you need to file a claim with the carrier or return defective products to our warehouse – we will contact you to discuss all the details.
Return of products purchased in our online store
If you wish to return all or part of an order placed in our online store you may do so within 14 days of receipt of delivery, without any consequences and without having to give a reason. The condition for accepting the return is that you hand over the unused goods together with the original packaging.
How do I return goods?
1. Write us an e-mail at: email@example.com . In your message let us know what was your order number and what products you want to return.
2. Carefully pack the products you wish to return to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. You can use the master carton in which you received your order, or any other carton.
3. Include the printed and completed Return Merchandise Protocol in the carton.
4. Please write your order number for the return on the carton next to the delivery address. This will make our job much easier and speed up the processing time of your return.

Note: we do not accept shipments sent COD or to parcel machines/pickup points.
We will return the money within a maximum of 14 days from the day the parcel reaches our warehouse, to the account specified by you or – if you made the payment via DotPay system – using the same method.
